As children, everyone knew what balloons meant: a party. They meant bright colors, fun and games. They meant the pleasure of watching the balloon tied to your wrist follow you through the zoo and the enjoyment of seeing it float gently through the sky at the end of the day. Even as children, we knew balloons were fun.
McFall has been working with balloons for 17 years and has decorated nearly every hotel and reception hall in San Antonio. Using his signature arches, sculptures and centerpieces, his work speaks for itself. While he is clearly the most experienced balloon decorator in the city, he also emphasizes that this is his passion. "This is all we do; we're not retail," McFall said. "We're balloon artists and we tailor the party to each client." Because Balloon Productions specializes in décor,
it's able to do unique, custom design work. This includes a wide variety
of options. To allow its customers to select options freely, Balloon Productions doesn't use menu pricing. McFall says that brides can choose exactly what they want or don't want for any event; they're not bound to any style or price. And to help make sure they get what they're dreaming of, he meets with every potential client at the reception site. "We have a no-charge consultation and meet clients at the reception site," he said. "It helps clients because they're apprehensive. Once we see the facility, we can help them envision how the decorations will fill the room." Filling the room, says McFall, is a major reason why
many of his clients choose balloons. "Balloons can fill a room. His prices, which are much lower than floral decoration, include everything. "We'll do everything from start to finish," McFall said. This includes planning, ordering the balloons, set up and delivery. And it can be done with as little as a week's notice. It all comes down to making sure that his customers are pleased with the decorations. "I want them to be happy," said McFall. "I don't want them to have to worry about the balloons. They're showing off, too, and we want them to like it enough to brag to their guests. The job's not done unless we're both happy." Call us for more details |
