“We really want to show brides how beautiful balloons can be,” says Cindy. “We are very serious professionals who believe in and love what we do.”

In fact, in 1993 Cindy became the first Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) in Texas, and she maintains her focus on continuing education today. “There is always something new to learn, some new technique,” she says. “I believe in the inherent value in professional education. It helps us give our clients the excellence in service they should and do expect.”

If you have never thought of balloons as wedding décor, then you have yet to see the fabulous designs created by Balloonatiks. “I think many of our brides stop thinking of our designs as ‘balloons’ and think of them more as decorative globes or spheres,” Cindy says. “We can truly reflect their personality and creativity in our techniques, which I believe is what really sets us apart. Our arrangements are so unique and memorable that they are sure to delight guests of all ages.”

Indeed, Cindy and Mike’s services are in such demand that they often find themselves designing décor for engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners as well as receptions. They recommend that brides reserve a date with them at least three to six months in advance. “When we meet with a couple, it certainly helps to know the date and time of their wedding, but we can also meet with them just to discuss our services,” Cindy explains. “We have videos and albums they may peruse to gain an understanding of our various techniques, and we can also discuss their own ideas and inspirations.”

Balloonatiks does have several wedding packages to choose from, but most brides prefer to customize their own package. “Of course, each wedding is tailored to an individual’s tastes,” Cindy says. “Whether elegant and majestic or flirty and fun, we will achieve the effect each bride desires.”
