Our one criteria for choosing our wedding vendors was that they had to be easy to work with. We loved working with The Allen Farmhaus. Many of our vendors were already used to working with each other. We took their recommendations and made our day flow effortlessly.
We went on trip to my favorite city, Boston. It was winter time and I wanted to see the snow. Stephen proposed while on a walking tour in the Boston Public Garden. And just on cue, it snowed that night! Stephen was so nervous that he proposed on the first day of the trip, because he said he couldn't wait any longer.
Flower crowns, AVOCADO BAR for cocktail hour, amazing band (Say Yes Juliet). First cold front of the season blew in and gave us a chilly wedding day. It was amazingly our day, just as we had wanted!
Hire a planner - AND LISTEN TO THEM! They know what they're doing. Try to relax and trust your vendors/planner to make your day beautiful. Overly stressing or trying to control things will just make the day worse!
