"We really wanted to create a place that exudes luxury and elegance," says Yaramin Cavasos, Director of Sales for The Emporium, a family-owned and operated business. "Since we have worked in the bridal industry for more than 17 years [as owners of Yarlen Bridal Decorations], we are very aware of the different details and features that make an event space truly special."
Accordingly, the venue offers a main banquet space, The Renaissance Room, which features a beautiful wrought iron, double staircase leading up to a balcony area perfect for a memorable couples entrance. A spectacular porcelain-tiled dance floor and large seating area accommodate up to 600 guests. And hung from atop, stunning crystal chandeliers provide the finishing touches in a room exuding romantic charm.
For smaller weddings, or for couples who desire both a ceremony and reception space in one location, The Emporium lends its lovely Baroque Room. Seating up to 200 guests, this space offers all of the amenities of the main banquet area, but in a more intimate setting. It is an ideal spot to hold a wedding ceremony, rehearsal gathering, or to open up as extra seating space off of the main banquet hall.
"It was important that our place be versatile," says Yaramin. "In addition to these rooms, we also have an atrium lobby that brides can use for a cocktail hour preceding the reception, and use of the space is included with either room rental."
Also included in each event package is full-service catering options, a full bar, a bridal suite and an impressive selection of table linens and centerpiece arrangements, customized to the style and colors of each event. Brides can sit down with an on-site event coordinator who will help them choose from hundreds of linens and centerpieces to create the perfect tabletop decor for their wedding.
"We have all of the samples here so brides can see exactly how their tables will be set up the day of the event," Yaramin says. "It takes out any guesswork and assures brides they will not be disappointed."
She adds, "One thing that really sets us apart is that we can tailor a wedding package to fit specific needs. While even our basic packages offer more than most venues, we also offer an expansive list of add-on options like chocolate fondue fountains, specialty menu items and much more."
